Every programme includes a two- to four-month company internship. By hosting an intern, you meet a future employee already trained in the core skills of your trade, supervised by a mentor from your team and followed by an institute trainer. We plan the internship with you: tasks, duration, objectives and assessment.

Looking for a tiler, a hairdresser, an electrician or an accounting assistant? Send us your job offers: we will introduce you to trained, motivated candidates who match your needs. We stay in touch during the first weeks to help them settle in.

Your professionals can act as trainers or jury members, run a workshop demonstration or host a company visit. You can also help update the curriculum, or provide equipment and consumables. These contributions bring training closer to real working conditions.

Many learners want to open their own workshop, salon or small business. The institute helps them build their project: a simple market study, start-up cost estimates, finding first customers. As a partner, you can sponsor a project, become a mentor, subcontract work or ease access to equipment and microcredit.

The Foundation removes the financial barriers that prevent motivated young people from training: tuition fees, tools, transport. Your donations, in cash or in kind, fund scholarships and starter kits given to learners at the end of their programme.
